//Yoghurt bowls with chia seeds

Take a moment for you and listen to our podcasts in Library of Bánovce while preparing one of our quick, light, and simple bowls.

Bowl #1

  • 1 Bánovecký cream yoghurt / Bánovecký poctivý yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Fruits
  • Oat flakes

Bowl #2

  • 1 Bánovecký cream yoghurt / Bánovecký poctivý yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 pear
  • Sugar
  • ½ Banana
  • Pistachios

Bowl #1

  1. Mix chia seeds with milk and let them swell up for a few minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut fruits to your taste. We recommend the great combination of strawberries and blueberries.
  3. Fill one half of a bowl with chia seeds and the other with yoghurt.
  4. Sprinkle with fruits and oat flakes.

For those who have more time we prepared a bowl with caramelised pears, banana and chopped pistachios.

Bowl #2

  1. Mix chia seeds with milk and let them swell up for a few minutes.
  2. Pour sugar in a hot pan until caramelized.
  3. Slice pears thinly and place them in the pan.
  4. Turn pears around after a few minutes until other side caramelizes.
  5. Fill one half of a bowl with chia seeds and the other with yoghurt.
  6. Place prepared pears, sliced banana on the top and sprinkle it with chopped pistachios.
