Quick yoghurt bowls

//Light breakfast yoghurt bowls

Find inspiration in this light bowl that will start your day thanks to its nutritional balance. Cream yoghurt in combination with grilled apricot and crunchy biscuits or nuts will give you the right amount of energy. Chia seeds have a positive effect on the digestive system.

Bowl #1

  • 2 Bánovecký cream yoghurts- vanilla
  • 1 peach
  • Pecan nuts
  • Butter biscuits
  • Linen seeds

Bowl #2

  • 2 Bánovecký cream yoghurts – blueberry
  • Blueberries
  • Nuts musli
  • Corn flakes
  • Fresh mint

Bowl #1

  1. Mix vanilla yoghurts in a bowl.
  2. Cut apricot into small pieces and grill it.
  3. Chop pekan nuts finely.
  4. Put all ingredients in the bowl and start your day.

  1. Lightly mix blueberry yoghurts.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.
